Now I heard this on Annie Mac’s Sunday Night show on BBC Radio 1 where she plays new mellow music to relax the listeners after having a busy weekend. I quite like the show. Anyway I heard this track on her show and I think it’s amazing. It’s soft, new and very relaxing. I’m not a major Beatles fan but I can feel there is a sprinkle of them in this track. I hope these guys from Perth, Australia (we all know I love Australian Music) tare touring in the UK (where I am) soon. They are amazing. It’s their second album, Lonerism, which this track is from, that has made them big. Check them out on Twitter here.

Hey Jamie,
I’m always on the look-out for new music blogs to follow and I found yours by searching Tame Impala. I normally don’t link people to my posts as I feel like it always seems a bit wanky, but if you’re interested, I interviewed Tame Impala’s Kevin Parker for a magazine here in Australia and I’m really keen for people to see it who genuinely like the band.

Just read the link/ interview – wow it must have been awesome to interview him. Haha, and the album is totally like what Kevin says in the interview – a juxtaposition – sounds despressing yet is so uplifting and awesome. Thanks for showing the link – following your blog now 🙂
