With a unique retro sound and a stellar voice, Kali Uchis’ EP Por Vida is something spectacular. Born in Columbia, raised in Virginia, now based in L.A., and is one of young artists Rick Rubin likes right now, Kali Uchis has created an EP that has a 60s dream vibe to it and is very pleasurable to the ears. Sycamore Tree is hauntingly beautiful with the overlaying of her sweet voice and with Call Me, you can hear the soulfulness in her voice. Pora Vida is a wonderfully crafted EP that takes you away and sounds different to the new music we hear today. Check Kali Uchis out on Facebook here. And Twitter here.
